Managing Partner, Karie Griffin
Co-founder and Managing Partner of Cardinal Source, Karie is an accomplished business professional with over 25 years of experience in Commercial, State/Local and Federal Contracting. She has extensive knowledge of Business Acquisition Processes, Contract Implementation and Program Operations with concentration in Financial and Business Management, Vendor Selection, Contract Management and Risk Mitigation. She has held key management roles on several multi-million dollar programs over the course of her career before helping to create Cardinal Source.
Partner, Brian Tulga, PMP
Partner Brian Tulga is a strategic, highly versatile executive poised for directing new business launches, building strategic relationships with customers, key suppliers and managing multi-million-dollar business organizations. Successful at conducting C-level negotiations, Brian has a proven record of recruiting and growing key staff to introduce new technologies and solutions. He is a thought leader with extensive experience growing business in public and commercial sectors, entering new markets, capturing large individual opportunities, and transforming legacy lines of business by fostering organic growth and expansion into adjacencies.
Managing Partner, Pati Benson, Ed.D.
Dr. Benson, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cardinal Source, is a management consultant and project manager providing high level services within the public sector. She has over twenty years’ experience in requirements gathering, vendor selection, contracts negotiation, award finalization and program/project implementation. Dr. Benson built and managed a large consulting practice specializing in the selection and procurement of commercial off the shelf enterprise software implementations. Additionally, she performed both as a program and project manager of large, complex enterprise software selection and implementation projects. Pati began her career in the education industry.
